By purchasing a ticket or registering for the Conference, you agree to:

All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers integrated with Squarespace Commerce or other official platforms.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, contact us to transfer your ticket to the person of your choice.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
· Changes in personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts
· Travel delays or visa issues
· Illness, including COVID-19 or other medical emergencies
We strongly recommend you review your availability before purchasing a ticket.
4. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation
In the event of postponement, your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled dates. If the Conference is canceled without rescheduling, we will notify you of any available options. We are not responsible for any additional costs (e.g., travel or accommodation).
5. Program & Speaker Changes
The Conference schedule, speakers, and sessions are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the attendance of any speaker or the delivery of any specific session or content.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff are expected to uphold a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals for misconduct, without refund.
7. Photography, Recording & Media
By attending the Conference, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional or archival purposes by The Work Summit and its partners. Please contact us in advance if you have concerns.
Attendees may not record sessions or speakers without prior written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including graphics, text, videos, logos, and branding—is the property of Stop Meeting Like This, or its partners, and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Use without permission is prohibited.
